Payment Options
NetDexia is flexible in the methods of payment we accept.
The following are the payment option and their policies that
we accept.
Credit Cards
Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. There is no
minimum charge or surcharge to pay by credit card. Cards
accepted include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover.
Checks/Money Orders/Bank Drafts
Checks, money order and bank drafts ("Negotiable
Instruments") are accepted forms of payment if they are in
either United States or Canadian Dollars and drawn from a
financial institution in Canada or the United States.
Customers who provide Negotiable Instruments that are
returned for any reason are charged a $35.00 USD
administrative fee and may result in account suspension if
this fee is not paid. Negotiable Instruments should be made
payable to NETDEXIA.COM COMPANY.
Wire Transfers
Wire Transfers are accepted forms of payment if funds are
sent in either United States or Canadian Dollars. Customers
are charged any fees we incur to receive wire transfers (At
time of printing, the fee charged by our bank is $10 USD).
Any funds wired in excess of the amount due will not be
refunded but will be applied as a credit to the customer's
account. This credit can be used towards future services
provided by NetDexia.
Pre-approved Credit
Obtaining credit accounts from trade vendors are common
practice among new and established businesses wishing to
build a credit history. Obtaining trade credit from
NetDexia.com is an excellent way to start. We can be your
trade reference for credit history building at no extra
charge to your business. However, pre-approved credit
accounts are subject to the following policies:
- Customers wishing to obtain trade credit from NetDexia
may do so subject to a credit check.
- An account setup fee of $99.95 applies to all new
credit accounts.
- Minimum purchase for establishment of a credit
account is $100/month.
- All payment terms are "net 30".
- Any credit
accounts that are outstanding greater than 30 days are
assessed interest at 19.95% per annum.
- Services on accounts outstanding for more than 60
days may be suspended.
- Accounts that are outstanding for more than 90 days
may be sent to a third party collections agency.
Refund Policy
Unless as provided for in the
NetDexia
Guarantee, there are no refunds or exchanges on the sale
of any services or products. Where a refund is made in
accordance with our guarantee, refunds will be made as
follows:
- If the customer tenders payment with a credit card,
refunds will be made to the same credit card
- If the customer tenders payment with a Negotiable
Instrument, refunds will be made through a check drawn
in U.S. funds
- If the customer tenders payment through wire
transfers, refunds will be made through a check drawn in
U.S. funds
