Business Continuity
NetDexia maintains a business continuity/disaster recovery
plan, which include the use of:
- Redundant data centers (such as IBM Canada)
- Pre-established warm sites to resume normal
operations
- Secure remote off site backups
- Emergency communication lines to update clients on
our recovery
- Insurance on assets, data and business interruption
These plans are reviewed semi-anually and updated as
necessary.
Our plan outlines actions that NetDexia will take in the
event of a local, city-wide or regional incident affecting
our business operations. These include relocating our
technology assets to predetermined locations. In addition,
processing of customer data can be switched to an alternate
data center should there be a prolonged disruption.
All NetDexia operational facilities are equipped for prompt
resumption of business and are tested several times per
year. Our recovery time objective for business resumption,
including those involving a relocation of personnel or
technology, is within hours and not days. This recovery
objective may be negatively affected by the unavailability
of external resources and circumstances beyond our control.

interruption, please visit our customer
